BayME organized on May 18, 2009 a one-day seminar on the subject “Economic crisis in Romania – legal challenges and opportunities for action “. During this event attorneys at law and advisors from the STALFORT office held speeches regarding:
– Contractual relationships during the crisis
– Crisis Management of crisis in the labor law
– Tax structuring and financial management during the crisis
– Cessation of the business activity

Politicians, Businessmen and Lawyers discussed about economic and legal issues.
A well-attended conference was held on June 22, 2009 at the business premises of L-Bank in Stuttgart with more than 140 participants, regarding “Economic and financial crisis in Romania – Practical and legal consequences”. Organizers were the German-Romanian Lawyer’s Union (DRJV), the German-Romanian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), the honorary consul of Romania in Baden-Württemberg and the L-Bank.
